Compliance & certifications

FDA registered, USDA Organic, and Kosher co-packing

Every service we offer — K-Cup co-packing, nicotine pouch manufacturing, private label coffee, tea, and functional beverages — runs through the same certified Sunrise, Florida facility. Here is exactly what each certification covers and what to verify with any manufacturing partner.

Request certification documentation

FDA Registered Facility

Our Sunrise, Florida facility is registered with the FDA and operates under documented food safety programs aligned with FSMA requirements.

FDA facility registration means the site is on record with the agency as a food manufacturing establishment and is subject to inspection.

Beyond registration itself, what matters to brand owners is the quality system behind it: written food safety plans, allergen controls, batch and lot documentation, and sanitation procedures that hold up under a retailer or regulatory audit.

For nicotine pouch programs, this same food-and-beverage-grade quality infrastructure — batch records, fill-weight QC, and documented sanitation — carries over, even though nicotine pouches are regulated separately from food.

USDA Certified Organic

We maintain USDA Organic processing capability with chain-of-custody documentation from ingredient receipt through finished, sealed product.

Organic certification for a co-packer covers more than sourcing organic ingredients — it requires documented segregation between organic and conventional runs, dedicated or properly cleaned equipment between batches, and lot-level traceability that can be audited.

If your brand markets an organic claim, ask any manufacturing partner for their current organic certificate and audit summary directly, rather than relying on "organic capable" language alone. The certificate should name the specific certifying body and list which product categories and processes are covered.

Kosher Certified

Kosher certification is available across our product lines under rabbinical supervision, supporting brands that require certified kosher status.

Kosher certification involves ongoing supervision of ingredients, equipment, and production scheduling to maintain compliance — it is not a one-time inspection but a continuous certification relationship.

This matters for brands entering retail channels where kosher certification affects shelf placement eligibility, particularly in the Northeast and in specialty grocery, and for brands whose customer base actively looks for the certification mark on-pack.

Quality Control & Batch Documentation

In-house cupping and sensory evaluation, batch-level QC sampling, and documented production records support consistency and traceability across every run.

Quality control at a co-packer should span the full production run, not just start-and-end samples. Ask any manufacturing partner how frequently they sample during a run — for coffee and tea, this means extraction and cupping checks; for nicotine pouches and functional beverages, this means fill-weight and active-ingredient dosing checks.

Batch documentation is what allows a brand to trace a specific lot back through its ingredients, production date, and QC results — critical if a retailer, customer, or regulator ever asks for it, and standard practice for any FDA registered facility.
